Juliet Carter, Senior Associate

Juliet Carter is a Senior Associate at Critical Resource. She has worked with Critical Resource since 2006 on a range of assignments, particularly in Africa, and on business development.

Prior to this, Juliet worked in the Investment Division of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on corporate responsibility in weak-governance zones, with a focus on the Democratic Republic of Congo, having completed a Masters’ thesis on this topic.

She has an MSc in Business Management, as well as a Diplôme Grande École and a Diplom-Kauffrau (the equivalent Master’s qualifications in France and Germany). She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BA Hons. in Economics and Politics. She is fluent in French and German.
